The Horizon Energy Cooperative has submitted its concept for the development of a social housing microgrid to the Northwest Regional Development Agency. Horizon forms the innovation strand delivery of the overall Greater Manchester bid to access a proportion of funds earmarked for the region to trigger the microgeneration supply chain in the NW.
