The Horizon Energy Coop Microgrid proposal has received positive feedback from the Northwest Development Agency and has been moved forward into the overall Greater Manchester bid for EU funding to retrofit social housing and stimulate the microgeneration supply chain in the region.

Representing the Horizon bid, the EIC Partnership will sit on the steering committee considering the regional bid submissions alongside GM Procure, Commission for the New Economy, Energy Savings Trust, National Housing Federation, St Vincents HA amongst others.
